We recently used RM Décor and cannot praise them highly enough. My husband and I are Landlords of a property in Chafford Hundred which is 270 miles from where we live. We recently had an Insurance Claim for a leak in the bathroom. We contacted RM Décor and Roy Maguire acted as our representative with the Insurance Company and was our eyes and ears from day 1. The Insurance Company turned down the claim at first and with Roy's assistance - he met the Loss Adjuster at the Property and the claim eventually was accepted.
